    Wilder Land - Black Currant Situation - Liqueur

    Our crème de cassis, but wilder: made from the whole blackcurrant bush* — berry, branch, leaf, everything. The whole plant smells like cassis (yes, even the wood), with alcohol. Result: an intensely fruity, sultry liqueur with that undeniable blackcurrant aroma.

    Pour it pure, on the rocks or spritzer style in 1:5 ratio with sparkling wine. Delicious with cheese, desserts (vanilla ice cream, over panna cotta or chocolate cake). Or a splash through the gravy: for over game or duck. Mmmmm!

    *Developed in collaboration with Weerwoud with only ingredients from their farm on Utopia Island. 50% of the proceeds go to Stichting Weerwoud.
