Shipping to the UK

Deliveries may be subject to local import fees or taxes, this will be calculated with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) by the courier. The customer is solely responsible for any additional costs. This cost will be charged through the courier service used and an order can only be received once payment is made.
Should a delivery be refused, the cost of the original and return shipping will be charged to the customer and taken from any potential refund.

Shipping to the USA & Canada

Deliveries may be subject to local import fees or taxes, this will be calculated through your local customs office and is subject to the shipping policies within your country. The customer is solely responsible for any additional costs. This cost will be charged through the courier service used and an order can only be received once payment is made.

Please note, there may be a minimum threshold for imported goods into your country. For any larger orders, we would recommend checking these requirements with your local customs office.

Returns
Unopened and unused items (with the exception of sale items and gift cards) can be returned within 14 days for any reason. The product must be unopened and unused. Items that cannot be returned into our stock as unopened and unused items depreciate in value and unfortunately we cannot refund the entire purchase price.
All gift cards are non-refundable and a monetary refund cannot be issued in exchange for purchases made with a gift card.
Sale Items are advertised as final and no refunds/exchanges are accepted.
To register your return online, please send an email to hello@entrepot.house. We will cover the cost of the return if you follow the steps of our return process. If you return products on your own initiative or via another carrier, these costs will be at your own expense.
We ask that you return items to us in the original packaging and in the original box or a robust box for protection during transit.

Refunds
If you paid with iDeal, Klarna, Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay the paid amount will be refunded to your account by the same method within 14 days of the return being received by us.
All gift cards are non-refundable and a monetary refund cannot be issued in exchange for purchases made with a gift card. If you have paid with a giftcard, you will receive this amount back in the form of a new giftcard by email within 7 days of the return being received by us. Gift cards expire 365 days after they are issued.
